Each year, a new project is chosen for sponsorship by all interested church youth groups and congregations. The 2007 project targeted inner-city Chicago. Churches around the world participate in fund-raising activities and send collected contributions to be applied to the current project.
One of the biggest and most enjoyed fund-raisers held each year at Harvest Center is the annual Car Show.
